Mimi’s Brew & Pastries at 16 Green Acres Farm is dedicated to Youth Workforce Development by providing teens with real, hands-on experience in a farm-to-table café environment. Participants learn how to prepare fresh pastries, serve customers with confidence, and master essential drink preparation skills. 

They are trained in food safety practices, cash register operation, and the fundamentals of customer service. Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and professional communication—equipping youth with the confidence and work ethic needed to succeed in future employment or entrepreneurial pathways.
