After-School Academic Support
Our After-School Academic Support program provides tutoring in reading, math, science, and ESL. Students receive personalized academic help while also enjoying hands-on, real-life learning experiences connected to agriculture and nature, helping them strengthen both their studies and their connection to the environment.
Agricultural Learning & Farm Education
Through our Agricultural Learning & Farm Education program, students explore soil science, planting, harvesting, composting, herbs, vegetables, fruit, and animal care. They gain a deeper understanding of where food comes from and develop practical skills that connect classroom learning to real farm life.
Summer Learning Program
Our Summer Learning Program offers a rich mix of outdoor learning, leadership activities, team building, farm projects, science experiments, and healthy outdoor fun. Students stay engaged, active, and curious while developing confidence and meaningful friendships.
Youth Workforce Program (Mimi’s Brew)
The Youth Workforce Program gives teens real-world job experience through Mimi’s Brew, our on-site farm café. Participants learn customer service, barista fundamentals, food preparation, leadership skills, money management, and day-to-day business operations—preparing them for future employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Mentorship & Leadership Development
Our Mentorship & Leadership Development program connects teens with positive role models who provide guidance, encouragement, and support. Students receive mentorship that strengthens their academic focus, career readiness, and confidence in making responsible, disciplined decisions.
Community Engagement & Farm Days
Community Engagement & Farm Days bring families, schools, churches, fraternities, sororities, and community groups together for monthly events on the farm. These experiences include volunteer projects, planting days, and our signature “From Barn Door to Table” activities, fostering deeper connections to nature and community.
